The Denver Cyclone Strength Program is based on the BFS Super Set-Rep Program. Each lifter is given a set-rep log to keep
track of the gains toward their personal lifing goals. The Cyclone weight room is open to all high school lifters, and middle
school lifters who have been trained in the weight room.
All lifters are encouraged to use the BFS Total Off-Season Program and The BFS Total In-Season Workout.
T-shirt Strength Clubs are earned by lifting a multiple of your body weight in the 6 BFS Core Lifts. The clubs and Top
5 Poundage and % of Body Weight Leaders are listed within this site.
The School Records and Top 5 List are generated beginning in the Year 2000. Any records or lifts that took place before this
time are not considered into the records.
